1899 ?4 storey red industrial brick with top floor in Cheshire black and white, end gable and bow window to Ancoats Street and strong yellow banding. Chamfered corner entrance. Built as a Methodist women's night shelter and coffee tavern. Also 1899 ?1903 was a maternity hospital. Later used as a club by Express Printers.
